Hi, I live in Wyoming at the moment, and just sold our house and am moving to Texas soon, and my teen has a court hearing coming up, not shure when.
Would there be any way to handle the hearing over the phone or some other way, I probly wont be able to afford to come back for court and wont have a place to live here... Any help would be greatly apreciated

Don't leave without permission of the Court. If you leave, there will probably be warrants out for your child and you as the parent of the child for Failure to Appear.

Well, actually... the parent can likely leave for anywhere s/he chooses. It's the kid who can't. As long as the kid is left in capable hands.
