What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma

I read the sticky, I know my place as a step-mom. I am asking on behalf of my husband. He would like to know what is the best way to petition the court to have his divorce papers modified concerning pick-ups of their son. Their current order does not specify at all who is responsible for transportation on his parenting time and modifying would definitely insure things would run smoothly as far as who picks him up and drops him off.

He would like to do this without a lawyer, as we are strapped due to us both being laid-off. Where should he get paperwork to file this, and about how much should it cost?

Any help is greatly appreciated in advance.

Tell him to check the county courthouse that has jurisdiction of the case -- where his divorce was completed most likely. The website should have the information or a contact number that he can call and get info regarding filing fees.
