What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

We are a small company who subcontracts out for larger restoration companies in Ga. What we do is, if you have a fire in your home you contact your Homeowner's Insurance to have the repair done, your insurance company contacts a large restoration company who in turns contacts us to do the job. My question is, if we do not recieve payment from the larger restoration company for the work that we did on the home are we able to lien the property until we recieve payment for the work we have done? Or what are the legal avenues available to us to insure payment

Sue the company which didn't pay you.
