If the court grants a restraining order preventing you from contacting her minor child, yes, she can.
Whether AZ permits parents to seek such orders, I do not know for sure. But, if they can show that you are somehow encouraging the girl to disobey the parents or otherwise become incorrigible, a court might decide to issue such an order and you could also find yourself on the receiving end of a criminal charge.
Until she is 18 next July, she is legally required to listen to her parents, and they are legally responsible for her. They do no have to allow the two of you to see each other and you could, potentially, go to jail if you encourage or aid her in disobeying her parents.
Until she is 18, you might want to keep it very cool, and let your girl be the good daughter for a while. Keep it cool and things might change. Push it, and she might push back. Two guesses on whose side the cops and the courts will stand on if mom calls on you ...
If this is "love" then it will survive until next July. Love is also about respect. Respect the wishes of her parents, and maybe you can convince them to respect your and their daughter's decision. Disrespect them, don't expect any consideration.
