What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas. I recently recieved an MIC but did not get caught with alcohol or take a breath test what do i need to do to fight it?

I notice you said you did not get caught with alcohol or take a breath test. Did you have any alcohol to drink? Did the police officer smell it on your breath?
