What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
I posted awhile back about my doors leaking. Well we ended up pulling up half of the floor until we get the leak fixed.
Well we had a lot of heavy rain come in last night and we saw rain come in from under the baseboards (we have a sunken in living room). We don't have a roof overhang or soffett. The rain was coming in on the outside wall from the ground area outside. I don't think it was dripping from the roof down, but that it possibly collected on the ground and there is obviously an entry way somewhere.
Also I could have sworn that in random places on the foundation (like in the middle) there were just random spots of water. My husband swears the dog's pottyed (but I don't think so). It also could have been from where the rain seemed in and it dried in some areas and not the others...and there were random spots.
I know the door leaking is not homeowner's, but what about the water coming in from the side of the house?
TIA!
