In my divorce agreement in Michigan, it is stated that my ex husband will claim our daughter every year. She now lives with me full time. Can this be changed even if he agrees to it?

If he agrees to you claiming the child then you file an agreed entry specifying what the new agreement is and request the judge order it. If he doesn't agree with it then you go back to court and file for a modification.
