I am from massachusetts. I posted something else about the same situation im going to discuss again.

My little brother is 16, and he's in DYS for stabbing this 56 year old man. supposenly it was attempted robbery, and i know he could get charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon..that causes great bodily harm. I know he will be charged in juvenile court.. but how long will he be in DYS?

You have already been told that this is not a question we can answer. No one knows the particulars of your brother's case. He will be in there for as long as he is in there.

this is job?? omg. so who is HR? i need to talk to someome about my benefits package. and how often am i allowed to take a break? do i have to use my time only for bathroom breaks and changing diapers? how many hours am i allowed to work? can i accrue overtime? say i'm having a sleepless night or something? and what constitues as clocking in? signing in, or posting a reply? and what happens when there are not active posts? is there bonuses for posting law statuates? or is this commission based? can i still get maternity leave?
