What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
I was employed with the company for 3 years as a manager and now my boss hires his step-son and makes me his boss on the paper but gives him much higher (almost 20 %) salary.
Prior to hire I was the one to calculate average salary for his position in the area and it came up to my salary range, I was shocked when he gave him even more money. He has no college education, when I have bachelors degree and working on my masters plus I have seniority in the company. Is this legal?
