Maybe a trip to Shanghai??
Tenant can ask for anything he/she wants... but the landlord has no obligation to pay him/her anything without PROOF of damages and cause.

Why would you think that the tenant is entitled to ANYTHING??

You can ask for anything. I can ask you for a million dollars for the privilege f knowing I'm alive. Asking, getting, and entitled to, are different things. You may be entitled to reasonable relocation expenses. The LL isn't required to reward you on top of that.
