My divorce has been finall for 2 weeks. My ex husband Moved to texas, but just informed me that he is getting married to a woman in Louisiana next weekend. I have custody of our 2 children, he is saying that he is taking them for his 3 weeks in the summer and Holidays to Texas. When we were divorced he lived here when the visitation regulations were set. Can he take the kids to Texas? Our youngest is 4 months, he doesn't even know his father. Also I have never met this woman he is marrying, he barely knows her they met on the internet. What should I do?

You should follow your custody order. At four months children really don't "know" anyone.

Unless the court orders or federal law prohibits it, dad can take the children to Texas or Louisiana or anywhere else ON HIS TIME. Even if the children are newborns, toddlers, or teenagers.
