I recently discovered that my husband of 3 months has impregnated a woman two days prior to our wedding date of July 11, 2009. Is this grounds for an annulment?

Not in and of itself, no.

You were not married - he did not commit adultery (at least at that point...).

Divorce is infinitely cheaper and easier to obtain.
