What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

Hello,

I received an email from an acquaintance that fixes computers and was offered music at a discounted rate. Is this legal or should I be wary?

Below is a portion of the email that I received.

I have a ton of music and there is nothing I cannot get and if you love iTunes and want music, I would be willing to get you anything you want and then set it up for you. I would do the music free of charge whereas I charge $.75 per song...

Thanks

Be very wary.

Wow - that sounds a lot like the line the guy used who was selling DVD's in the supermarket parking lot...
