I have a 17 year old who ranaway and the same night I had her father contact her and tell her she was moving in with him. I have custody. He went and picked her up and then let her go to her sisters house (my 20 yr old daughter and her boyfriend) and now she will not go back with my ex. I am not sure what to do. I contacted my local police department and they said she is not a runaway because we know where she is and that this is out of their juristiction and her father needed to contact his police department. She is an out of control teenager who is sexually active with a 19 yr old boy. I want her to stay with her father. I am concerned about her sister keeping her and going after me for childsupport. What do I do?

You are concerned about her sister going after you for child support:eek:

Wow looks like judgement is being placed here. I gave her a choice and she choose not to follow rules so now she needs to go to her fathers house not her sisters.
Do you have teen daughters?
