What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI

I'm about to fill out a Wisconsin Real Estate Transfer form and Quit Claim deed to transfer my Dad's half of my property to me so that I'll have sole possession. I have his permission.

I've been advised to do all this through a lawyer, but I was told by one that all I need is the transfer return and QC forms to do this.

Here is the link to the instructions: http://www.revenue.wi.gov/ust/pe-500a.pdf

and here is the form: https://ww2.revenue.wi.gov/GenericFile/application?interview=1127322

The instructions say about using all capital letters: All areas
MUST be typed or handwritten CLEARLY IN ALL CAPITAL
LETTERS using BLACK INK.

But since this is an electronic form that is to be filled out and submitted over the internet, and will not be handwritten, does it need to be in ALL caps when being typed? I'm surprised they make such distinctions like this.

Why is this a problem? When the government wants something, do it the way the government wants. Anything else will cause a problem. Do you want problems?

I put the links on my post so you'd see how they word it. What I'm trying to say is that I'm not sure what they want. Do they want everything in CAPS if it was handwritten, or does it have to be that way in electronic form too. If I do it electronically, they could reject it saying that putting it all in CAPS only applies to handwritten submissions.

On an electronic form - you are typing. "Must be typed" clearly in all capital letters tells me that they want you to type in all caps.
