What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I am already incorporated in the state of Georgia as a C-corporation, I have now decided to do business in Florida, can I keep my business corporation in Georgia or do I need to dissolve that corporation and start over in Florida?

I hope to do business in the state of Georgia down the road just not as soon as I had anticipated.

Are you still going to retain your Georgia charter as your 'home office'??
If so, then you simply file as a 'foreign corporation' in your 'new' state.
