For the second time in 3 years, AH did not make a CS payment on Friday.

He pays like clockwork. Payment received at CSE Friday, paid out to me on Monday. Easy peasy.

Except right before he filed a bogus restraining order against me a couple years ago.

And this week.

Should I be concerned? Last time, the RO was filed because he thought I was going to have CS reevaluated. And now? We have a hearing coming up for the reevaluation of his CS.

I can't believe he filed a restraining order for that, lol! I would call and find out if another one has been filed waiting to be served, if you haven't already...

Have you had any contact with him at all? If not, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Maybe the money will show up tommorrow. It would be kind of foolish of him to skip a CS payment right before a hearing to re-evaluate CS.

No. Other than the hearing for the RO that he filed, I've not seen nor heard from him since I blocked his calls when Twain was ... 5-6 months old. Which is why the RO was bogus.

I think it's foolish too, but it's bizarre that for basically 3 years, that payment has arrived like clockwork, and this week it didn't.

Hopefully it's a glitch.

I dont always understand all the initials but does yours come straight from the state?

Mine is late literally every other week. One week it will show up right at about 3:30pm on Friday and the next week it wont show up until Monday of the next week. Its really starting to get on my nerves. This just started about a month or two ago. Never had any issues with it at all the last 3 years. (when he was paying of course. LOL) And with a holiday...this week's will probably show up sometime the middle of NEXT week.

Just thinking maybe its not something he has any control over.
