hi, my stepdaughter is biologically my husbands, but the mother left the daughter to reside at the ex husbands house, hes been there since she was 3. the court told my husband that the mother can place the child wherever cause she has soul placement where he has visitation when her ex step dad will let her come over. is there anything we can do to get her either with her mom, or with her bio dad???

Your husband the father (not biodad just plain dad will do) can file with the courts for custody. How long has the child been with stepdad only?
