some of you people are real idiots, you try and give legal advice and make assumptions that are entirely false. Like I said before, That other person isnt my spouse, and I didnt default on the divorce. I was there thru all of that. Yes I made a mistake with the AWOL situation but I did it for my son, if you read my post, my ex threatened to take my son so Id never see him again, thats all I was thinking about. And yea I am well aware of the fact that I was away for 6 months, but thats because I was aceepting resposibility for my actions. I have filed for contempt of court against her. The court order says specifically say that I am allowed to call my son everynight and she is not to listen. She has told me before she has caller ID and doesnt answer. Also my son is very active at my house. The dr told her this is very unhealthy for him to gain this much weight. I have addressed the roach issue with her and she just blows me off, I am not saying that clean people dont get roaches I am saying that she isnt doing anything to improve the problem. And when she lives in a 2 bedroom apartment, thats not the issue, its that at one point my son had to sleep on the couch or floor because she had a friend living there in the other bedroom. And he's 7 he shouldnt be taking care of her boyfriends kid, or himself for that matter.
