Law Suit is being filed for back property taxes. What should I do?

That really depends on what your goals are. If it's not your house, and you want to buy it cheap, wait for it to be seized, and buy it at auction.

It is our home and I just don't know if they can take my home for back taxes. I would like to make payment arrangements.
