Bought home .Before closing a inspector went to home found threee very pety things that needed fixing I said I would take care of them after closing no problem.He said seller had to fix before closing.Closeing was postponed because of these.Seller said he hired someone to take care of the three things.At closing I had to pay for a re-inspect.Inspector signed off that they had been taken care of.After closing we went to our new home and two of the three had been taken care of.What pisses me off is that several calls to lender after closing was told dont worry it will be taken care of I'll make sure of it month later still not fixed.I gave them another week to handle it now its for the principakl of the matter like I said at the beginnign they where very pety.Smoke dector replacement,vinal on side of house pulled loose not broke just loose,and brick mold at back door rotton 2"up from base.It was a 25.00 kit to replace I was going to do it myself no problem ,But after I had to postpond and pay for a re-inspect that pisses me off.Thanks for any help Mitch
