My Daughter 15 went to the mall with her friend . Her friend caught shop lifting $95 merchandise . My Daughter didn't do any thing but she knew that her friend taking things and tried to tell her don't do it. but any way the girl took the things.
Now they accusing my daughter with conspiracy because she get to the store and left with this girl.
They saying she should left her and walked away alone.
Is this the law?

she's an acomplice. she should have walked away or at the very least went to the store owner and reported the crime.
