So what do i do? If i go and try and get him she will fight me and call the police. And not give him up. Do i need to go to the court? I need to do this the right way. im on unsuperzied probabtion so i cant get in any trouble.

YOU are this child's ONLY legal custodian at this point. If Mom calls the police it would actually be a good thing - because she has NOTHING to show that she is LEGALLY allowed to keep him from you.

Of course she doesn't need to do this. I told her in my first post to go get her baby, but she seems worried about gma causing a scene. This avoids the scene and gets her baby back to his only legal parent.
