ok i got a question, if my sons father gives me more time with my son than is ordered in the court order will he be in violation? even tho the parenting time is what we agree apon? his grandmother is threatining him she'll prosecute him for that. but even tho the order is supervised (a year ago was made) we lived together when cps closed our case... so how does that work??? please help.... and i know all we have to do is go file a motion to change parenting time but miney's kinda tight.??/

It's not a violation for him to give you MORE time, only LESS time.
