What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VA

Im going monday to file a petition for custody. I just want to ask what are my chances of getting my son returned to his marital state?

Im think my chances maybe good. All of his belongings are here. His bed, dressers and toys. All of his immediate family is here in the state of virginia. In missouri all he has is a great aunt, great uncle, and two second cousins.

Do you think that would be a major subject and have an effect?

Both of us are fit to take care of him but with the few facts I have stated I would believe its in his best intrest to be with me. (However I do know that the judges will decide, I would just like input from others) :D

Well, I think that you aren't going to get many answers since you deleted your 2 other threads:rolleyes:...

I guess you didn't like people pointing out that punching people in the head is bad, hm'kay...

Just sayin'...

Like ProSeDad, I am not willing to help if you delete posts.

Thought I was remembering things at first about this poster, glad you posted ProSe.

I deleted them because you guys were bashing me...Making me out to be the bad guy when you guys dont even know the half of it. Besides they were getting out of control with the bashing and some people were even putting words into my mouth. I come here for advice and get bashed, I mean come on. On top of that the subjects were getting off subject. So if I could get a response to my initial question of this post it would be much appreciated.

The FA crystal ball is out of service during the Thanksgiving weekend (she is visiting family in Cleveland). Besides she really hates answering "what are the chances questions."

We post based on what you post. The Judge will base his/her decision based on your response. Better you get "bashed" here than in court. Right?

If you can't deal with volunteers of this forum questioning your actions...How on Earth will you deal with the Family Court Judge doing the same??????

How on earth are we meant to help if you deleted your original posts? You deleted important information.

You're going to have to show that it's in the child's best interests to be returned to PA - as part of a divorce/custody action.

I really doubt your chances of that are good.

Actually in order for the child to return to the marital state the OP would have to divorce the CHILD. Which means OP is involved with an incestual relationship.

Hey Sparky, you won't get help here. We don't help thread deleters. it is a waste of time to try to give you advice when all you want is to hear you are a great person. You are not. Nor do you want to learn. Return the threads you deleted in their entirety and maybe then you will get help.
