You Are Guilty

You still use a rolodex?
Yes. I tend to lose electronic files. You still use a rolodex?
Yea and about 30" (give or take) away from your head are your brains.I listen very well. You just need to understand that all debtors lie. I have never seen an exception to that rule. The collection agency isn't going to prove it is yours. That isn't our jobs. Our jobs as collectors is to hound you until you finally decide to do the right thing. We apply every form of pressure that we can to bring this to bear. If the collectors are unsuccessful, the file may go to the lawyers who will prove you owe the money (if you know how to make them) in court.
Validation consists of the name and address of the original creditor. You should be fighting with Verizon - not the collector. Here's a tip: The Creditor pays us - they are never wrong. You are. As I said, all debtors lie.
That's because you aren't smart enough to argue with Verizon and not the collection agency.
You know, for someone wanting help you are rather stupid. I spent a number of years as one of those "idiots" and I have a number of friends that work in that capacity. You ask for the benefit of this board's knowledge and experience while insulting us.
About 12 inches from my keyboard is my rolodex. In that rolodex are direct extensions to several Verizon executives that could resolve your problem before lunch Monday. I have no interest in helping you any further because of your attitude.

In three months when the debt is at the next CA, you'll get to play this out again. And believe me - as it moves down the line of collection agencies, they are not going to get nicer.I have allready recieved a letter from the CC that they notified the credit bureau to delete their trade line.It is not about me oweing the money which I do not but about the crap these "low lifes" put me through.
LOL now I am really lost without you by my side.
Nicely avoiding the question, hapless. . . . . . so I say, no, you are not an attorney. You only play one on this forum.
You may want to add a disclaimer to your posts, then. That way at least the "liar" and "charlatan" labels will disappear.
Maybe not the "idiot" and "fool" ones, however.
Actually, he didn't say that until the fourth post. It's one of those details that, when withheld, makes a big difference.I'm confused. I thought that the OP said he DID NOT owe this debt.
Yes. All debtors lie. If you doubt it, go work in a collection agency for a month.DC, not all debtors are liars, just like not all debt collectors are bottom feeders.
Your second post was the fourth post in the thread, now that one posting was deleted - the third post. Use your fingers, counting isn't that hard.If you would have paid attention to "details" and not been so quick to see me as a "Liar" you would have seen my SECOND post where I said I know I do "NOT" owe.Not that that is important....right?
No. I see you as a moron who feels wronged and wants to flail out at someone without working the problem. So maybe you can start over and just for a moment see me as somebody who was wronged by your always right group of collectors.
"No. I see you as a moron who feels wronged and wants to flail out at someone without working the problem. "Your second post was the fourth post in the thread, now that one posting was deleted - the third post. Use your fingers, counting isn't that hard.
No. I see you as a moron who feels wronged and wants to flail out at someone without working the problem.
That said, I have nothing else for you.
