thats what the cops told me i was being charged with when i go to court

did they give you an actual ticket? but they didn't arrest you?

they sent me court papers. no because i was so messed up that i was rushed to the e.r. i was 6 times over the legal drinking limit and baked and i took 400 moon seeds
