Confusing with outcome lingering.

If my ex files that she wants supervised visits and since the date of filing this order she has allowed me extra time with my children.

she filed the 4th of Nov but I was able to have my children from the 5th of Nov to the 9th. I was only to have them the 6th at 6 to the 8th at 6pm.
I picked them up from school at 2pm thursday and took the back monday. And on friday both ways.

Then this friday she allowed me to pick them up yesterday at 2pm instead of my taking my Thursday 2 hr dinner. That was an extra 2 hrs.

Also my Thanksgiving holiday I picked them up from school and took them back Monday. Actual would have started at 6pm the day they let out til 6pm Sunday.

So my idea is what the heck is the point of filing for supers if she is going to give me extra nights and time?? Anyone think this makes sense? Even if she is trying to show she is cooperating her idea is the make my wife out to be dangerous. If my wife is so dangerous why allow one second longer with our children??? Her legal chance of getting this is a little slimmer than what she previously felt? NO??


Also I do need just reg advice of this. 2 time Ive gone to pick our girls up from school my ex is there talking to the head teacher. Yesterday she went up there and changed them( thier clothing) before I got there. do schools normally allow this?

She's going to have a very hard time justifying why supervised visits are necessary given her recent actions. Why exactly is she saying your wife is a danger? (could you remind us please?)

And do schools normally allow...what? A parent changing a child's clothing?

Well are you able to come and go like that? she changes them before I get there. im usually there at 2 when they get out. i didnt know because she is there alot.

She didnt state in the filing why she wants them but I know why. And it was because of an incident over the summer with my biological mother and wife. My mother came after wife with the impression she did something my ex told my mother she had in which she had not. And my wife did file a ro on her. That is pending.

Is this happening actually DURING your time? Or is it happening BEFORE your time?

(this seems to be somewhat petty - what does it matter if the kids clothes are being changed? I'm not sure of your point here)

update or two.....

Okay! so we had court today. After ex filed(11-4-09)for supervised visits and cs mod along with 3 contempts against me, my attorney counterpetitioned JMC with me the primary residence conservator temp while social is being done then permanent. And for a social study to be done. Also filed refusal of ins and neglect issues. (12-3-09)

New since filings
12-9 ex sent her bf;s sister to pick my children up from Headstart-No car seats and did not use ROFR (4 hrs or more)the same day.

Court was Jampacked today.State of Texas VS everyone apparantly.
My attorney said we can do our hearing/trial today and be here til 6 or I can get you something now. I said ok. Even though I wanted to get it over with.
We asked and got the following. Extended Possession EOW Thursday to Monday. Pick up & drop off at school. Every Thursday pick up at headstart til Friday morning take to school. She uses my ins. No one can pick up the children without a car seat. A social with be performed. We split costs. No disbarging or ill comment towards me or my family. Changed to ROFR to overnights.(she asked the ROFR thing)
Email communication which we have been doing. We must list each other as emergency contacts.( this was done because i got all school paperwork and she added me after enrolling them. and she listed 6 'friends" no relatives to pick up children and added me at a later date.) And we must both present out 08&09 taxes when filed. I already produced my 08 taxes.

Nothing was asked or done about what she filed. But I brought all the proof she lied about me not giving my address and the emails that I did not know to be there in July. So I dont know if the judge will hear that when we go for final orders on Conservatorship and CS. CS is still $46 a week. No changes.


Does anyone know how long it takes to beging the social or how long they last?
