Yeah... thought about it, then thought about who the heck would be caring for my children :rolleyes:

CPS disagrees with you... I guess I shouldn't expect any quality advice for free...:rolleyes:
Keep rolling your eyes but you were told properly. Your ignorance is your problem. You don't have to support the child. MOTHER has to make sure the child is supported. You do however have to provide the bare necessities for the child when the child is in your home. You do not get to neglect, abuse or cause the child to otherwise be dependent on the state to care for the child when you WILLINGLY entered this situation. YOU can legally evict mom and her child POSSIBLY.

And the person taking care of your children would be the person YOU CHOSE to take care of them. You know -- the person you impregnated AT LEAST ONCE. Maybe you should be more responsible about where you spread your sperm.

And how will Dad get 50/50? Mom is the primary care giver to these children and will continue to be so. Status Quo.
Not true. There is no "primary" care giver in this household. I am gone 8 hours a day, sometimes a little more. The kids are in school at least half that time, sometimes more. I cook, I clean, and I do at least half the housework. I do, however, provide ALL of the financial support.

Really? How old are your children? Mom is the primary caregiver by virtue of the fact that the children are with her more. Providing all of the financial support matters very little. Who takes the children to the doctors? Who gets them ready for school? Who transports them to school?

Your girlfriend has lived with you for three years, you have two children with her and you are griping about her lack of employment and the fact that she lied to you but the children are in school for at least half the time you are work? Explain. How old are your children?

Hon...SHE IS THE PRIMARY PARENT. Please go and get a consult. Or go to your local law library and look this stuff up for yourself. You have been advised by an attorney on this thread and people that have forgotten more about Family Law than you will EVER know. Go pay someone to be verbally abused by you.

Oh, right. I forgot that an unemployed and uneducated person can provide for my children financially as well as I can! How ignorant of me to not see that! Thanks!
Well you should NOT have impregnated her with these children then. Oh and child support does wonders. You decided that this uneducated and unemployed person was a worthy sex partner and a worthy person to live with and play house with. More proof of your moronic ways?

You obviously did "forget" when you chose to have TWO children with this person.

Folks,

There will be no getting through to Mr. Phi Beta Kappa. He is far to edumacated :rolleyes:
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

So educated that he thought his girlfriend who he knew long enough to have two children with was a law student even though she didn't graduate from high school. He then stayed with her to create two children. Oh maybe he just found out she was lying. But then you gotta wonder why he didn't notice her studying them law books or attending class or anything of that nature.
