What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?Im am from uk

Hi all,Just want to ask a basic question which Im sure the answer will be the same in most states I hope.I am the mother of a 3 yr old girl.Me and her father seperated when she was 4 months old due to his controlling behaviour. He had visitation with her whenever he wanted it until there ws an incident when she was 9 months old and he refused to hand her back to me after contact and was going to put her in a car with no restrainer.Since then contact was supervised by me but he saw her twice a week.Things got steadily worse he would turn up at my property unannounced etc and police were called. He has made suicide threats 2 of which have involved the police. We have been to court 4 times so far as visitation was stopped by the childrens services due to concerns for our daughters safety. We now have a fact finder booked.I have 2 witnessess to his his behaviour to me and our daughter and police reports about suicide threats. He has 4 witnessess that I am lieing, they are all his family members. My question is will the judge see that his family will be bias against me??
