What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ

My neighbors 60 ft. pine tree crashed into our shared wall and my brick gazebo during a storm. The damage is over $4,000. If I do not want to file a homeowner insurance claim (my deductible is $2500) do I have any legal means to have my neighbor repay me for this expense. The tree has not been maintained, but I have not previously issued any complaints to them. She claims the tree removal, and wall repair are all my responsibility. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

She is correct. If you dont want to put it into your insurance, see how far 2500 will get you. Maybe it will clear the tree.
