What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

We bought a vehicle together, both names on title and both on loan with my name primary and her name co-buyer. Loan was based on my income/credit as she has neither. She took the vehicle and I still have the loan, I do not want to mess up my credit. No marriage or divorce involved.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Pay the loan and then sue her for the money you're out. This should teach you to never play house unless you put the ring on her finger.

Follow-Up

Thank you for your comments, unfortunately they do not fit the situation.

First of all, I was not in a relationship where a marriage could occur as it is not legal.

Second, she has no income so it would be useless to try to sue her.

Third, I was mainly wondering if the Title to the vehicle has "person A or person B" on it, then can I refinance the vehicle to be under my name only without her permission? I called the company where the loan is and they do not do refinances, yet I could try another company. I was just wondering if it is possible with the "or" in the title to refinance it soley to me. The finance pretty much went off my income and credit score, she has no income and very bad credit.

She has the vehicle now and I do not want to mess my credit up, so if I could refinance it under me then I could get possession of it back and sell it and take my losses.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
