What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? brooklyn ny
me and my x were in court recently.we had an agreement in which was aproved by the jude to relocate to israel with the children i told the jude that i will relocate asap so it says on the agreement effective immdietly than guess what i am going home all happy about it thinking it is too good to be true and i ask my x for signing the consent forms for me to obtain passport for my children he ignoirs my calls i think he had changed his mind what can i do?!!

Take him to court for contempt for violating the agreement by not signing the forms for the children to get their passports.
