My wife and I are planning to file an uncontested no-fault divorce. I am concerned about unforeseen debt that she acrued and debt she may have acrued in her deceased fathers name that she had power of attorney of. What form or addendum to I need to create in my legal documents with my lawyer to cover myself?

Was she using a POA for dad AFTER he died????:eek::eek:
