What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada is the state I am seeking advice for.
This is kind of a long story so I will try to keep it short.
I was sent a used laptop by my father as a gift. When I received the laptop I found that there were many many disturbing pornographic pictures on the laptop. Not just any regular porn pictures, these were pictures of mostly women and some men being tortured and cut and such.
So I sent an text message to my ex-husbands fiance and the response I received was that all men look at porn and that she did not believe me when I told her that it was not the usual pron.
So I confronted my father through an email and we emailed back and forth regarding the issue. Come to find out, he fowarded all of my email responses to my ex-husband and one of them happened to have a comment about her disregard for my initial concern. Then my ex-husband gets upset about the comment and still no concern for what I feel is the safety of the children. If I were to take all of the emails to a judge and ask for an emergency hearing, would I be taken seriously?

Yes, I think you should get a court order keeping your father away from your children.

Why would you contact your ex husband's girlfriend about something your father did? Very confused. What exactly would you be wanting to do with an emergency hearing against your ex husband? Isn't the problem your FATHER?

So, just to clarify, if it had been "regular" or "the usual" porn, you would have been ok with it? Otherwise the distinctions are meaningless.

And your father sent you the computer, but you first complained to your ex's fiancee, perhaps the least connected person?

Then you communicate with your father (confront is a little strong when all you did was email) and he forwards them to your ex husband?

Wow, it takes a scorecard to keep up!

All other mumbo jumbo aside, I'm going to go out on a limb here and agree with Zig. Granddaddy should be kept away if HE is into creepy things.
