What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? My 14 year old got his front tooth punched out, other one injured and stiches in his lip, will need dental work etc. On public property, New york state, other boys parents want to put it through their insurance, How much money should be appropriate if they want to settle? Will I need a lawyer, and how much should be a fair cost? Thanks
