What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas I have full custody of my son and his dad has first, third and fifth Friday of every month. Dad works alot out of town. If dad is out of town an step mom comes and picks up my son is she allowed to because they are married?

Is there an order that says she cannot? Is there anything specific in the court orders regarding pick up and drop offs?

It depends on whether dad will be there at all. If he won't be there for the entire weekend, then no, his visitation isn't transferible to his wife. If he is going to be there for part of the weekend, then stepmom is picking up the child for him, and that's ok.
