I Live in NY State and I want to move out of my parents house. What can my parents do if I try to move out?\

Mkay I guess I'm sticking it out foranother 4 months til i can legally move out. Unless there is a law about when your 18?

When you are 18, you are free to move out.

Your parents are also allowed to sever all ties with you for any financial, emotional or legal support you may want them to provide.

In other words, once you burn that bridge, no one on either side is able to cross easily.
