My fourteen year old son has been visiting the home of two female 'friends' aged fourteen and twelve. With the mothers knowledge, the girls drink alcohol and smoke, and the oldest child has had intercourse with at least four guys; that I KNOW of! Social services are involved with the family, and the mother knows that teenage lads are NOT meant to be in her house... She is permitting my son to smoke in her premises and heaven knows what else; the mother is an alcoholic! Is there any LEGAL action or injunction that I can obtain, ordering her NOT to allow my son in her house, or to contact her daughters. Do her actions fall into the catagory ' corrupting a minor ' for example? Please help. Thankyou.

Non-legal advice here. How about being a parent? Why do YOU allow your son to spend time at this woman's home? Yes, you can stop him - they're called consequences.

Yes... He was supposedly out with a lovely lad that he has known since nursery... I discovered what has been happening, and he is now grounded for at LEAST two months, and has had his dvd player, mobile phone, game station etc removed from him! since discovering that he is smoking, he is also not permitted to shut his bedroom door fully when sitting upstairs. I am also lookin into moving him to another school as one of these girls is in his school.
