Can an 18 year old get their high school transcripts, and whatever is needed to transfer schools, without their parents consent?
Can an 18 year old in Ohio enroll them-self in high school?
Also what property is the 18 year old moving out allowed to take with them? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

More information is necessary -- are you transferring from a NY high school to an Ohio high school? Is the 18 year old considered competent legally?

Assuming the 18 year old is competent and is not restricted ,an 18 yr. old can move anywhere in the world they are allowed to .

Once in a new area ,an 18 year. old still in school should be able to register and have their school records transfered from the old to the new .

An 18 yr. old can take what the are allowed to take and what they purchased their selves .

They should be able to take their cloths and personal hygiene items .

Yes the person would be transferring from NY high school to an Ohio high school.
Yes I believe she is legally competent, shes not impaired mentally in any way. Also i'm not sure if this affects it but can she still transfer if she's attending a private school which her parents have paid for?

That should not be a problem to transfer her records as long as the private school has been paid up to date.
