What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? wa state

If I sent an e-mail to my ex's lawyer and she did not pass the info along to him, and I responsible for him getting the info?

I was on everything and then I would recieve a diatribe back which would result in me responding negatively... and then he sent an e-mail saying that he wanted me to just correspond with his lawyer.

I sent her an e-mail about days our daughter would be in daycare over my portion of winter break. My ex has first right of refusal over daycare. She didnt tell him and so I let her go to daycare during the day for three days and we were charged $200. He has to pay for part of that, so he's upset now.
