Fraud.

Many cases on related matters. Money, court and attorney costs, and in some case multipliers on damages.

Give the buyer his money. Make nice. Hope you don't get sued.

The Mini-gun. These guns are the ultimate in projectile dispersal and will not be compared to any other portable guns in the market. You and your team mates will have optimum advantage over others once you 've unleashed the fury of these guns. Nothing will stand in the way of the Echo1 Mini-gun. Includes picture.

Manufacture / Country of Origin:Japan / Craft Apple Work
History:
The minigun is a multi-barrel machine gun with a high rate of fire (several thousand rounds per minute), employing Gatling-style rotating barrels and an external power source. In popular culture, the term "minigun" has come to refer to any externally-powered Gatling gun of rifle caliber, though the term is sometimes used to refer to guns of similar rates of fire and configuration, regardless of power source and caliber. Specifically, minigun refers to a single weapon, originally produced by General Electric. The "mini" of the name is in comparison to designs that use a similar firing mechanism but 20 mm or larger shells, such as General Electric's earlier M61 Vulcan. This is not a weapon.

So you're saying the bolded part is what designates this as only a photo? (BTW, that photo doesn't look like it was taken at home...) Oh God OP, you are in trouble.

I am so outraged you tried this. Did you really think it would work? How do you justify your actions, and how dare you come on this message board claiming what you did and knew very well what you were up to.

I am thoroughly disgusted and am reporting this auction to Ebay for investigation.

Huh????

You defrauded him. Why do you think the specific form the valuable thing you obtained through false pretenses makes any difference to the tort or CRIME you committed?

(Although no DA in the land will likely prosecute you for the fraud.)

Don't really care now if this gets removed, but: OP, YOU ARE SCUM. WHY DON'T YOU TRY TO MAKE YOUR OWN WAY IN LIFE RATHER THAN PATHETICALLY DEFRAUDING OTHERS.

There. Moderator, I know I was wrong, but this is completely unethical.

I knew exactly what this type of ebay scamming was when I was 15. I was also not as retarded nor as greedy as you.

To answer your question: I have done stupid things before. They were not, however, at the expense of a stranger who had the best of intentions.

Being malicious and being stupid are two different things. On one hand, it was stupid of you to do this because of the harm it could have caused poor ole' you. On the other hand, you were malicious in scamming an innocent buyer who believed they were purchasing an item, not a picture of an item.
