What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

My ex wants to move to Lousiana with my 7 year old son, she spoke to me about it and said "I know I need your permission but I really dont care" I kind of laughed it off, cause she is obnoxious that way. She wants to put him in a private school the same school she went to when she was little. I hear that sometimes the CP needs the NCP permission to move with the child, is that correct?

the CP needs the courts permission if the NCP does not consent.
