My husband and I were building a house and it was burnt down. Our insurance company dropped us and now no other insurance company will insure us to start building the house back.....

Is there no sort of action that we can take or are we just stuck waiting the 2-3 years??What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Call an agent and ask if your state has a program for people in your shoes. Most states have a program for people who cant get insurance. It will cost more, but you will be covered.

Likely its because they have an open claim and a damaged building.
