What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Vt...on workman's comp, but have not received a check yet. I have been paying cs and don't want to get behind, but realize until I get a check for WC i might get behind. What are my options so my "ex" doesn't pull me into court, he loves doing that. ty

If the state CSE agency is enforcing your case, go to thier office with proof of your injury and ask that they file for a temp modification.
