My husband has been falsely accused of a sexual assault of his former step-daughter. The case is going before the Judge to be dismissed because it has been proven the allegations are untrue. His ex-wife conspired with her daughter to file these charges out of hatred of him moving on with his life. She made that clear to friends and family that "he would pay". In the meantime, he lost his job, we lost our home, he has been in and out of jail, bonds and attorney fees have been paid, I had a stroke over the stress and subsequently lost my job and the list goes on and on. I have a legal background and I have been reading up on malicious prosecution. We have the proof that she abused the process to file these charges. Please advise.
