One of my recent customers ordered items in bulk and checked the radio button as "Confirmed Order", of which the other radio button is "Enquiry/Question". She sent it via my order form.
I accepted the order on the same day by sending her an invoice.
However, 1 day later, she said she does not wish to order anymore.

Is it right to do back out after order has been confirmed, and am I protected by the law?

The price for the products has already been stated in the online store. However, final prices have not as postage have not been calculated.

Please help advice. Thank you.
