What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

Is it true that my ex would need my permission to move out of the State of Florida with my son? Or does it specifically need to have been entered in the divorce decree? Is it a State Law or Case by Case basis?

Depends.

What's the current custody status? Does your decree address relocation at all?
