What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

is my boss required by law to reimburse me for fuel when i use my own car on a weekly basis to pick work up from clients??
i know on occasion she has given the company creidt card to another employee who works only part time and doesn't pick up nearly as much as i do

No, it doesn't, unless the decision is based on a legally protected characterisric, such as age, race, gender, religion, national origin, etc. It's legal if they just like Mary better than they like John.
