Hello! I ordered a product online four days ago, i called them today to ask if it has been shipped, and i was informed that they have to build it first, and it will take 6-8 weeks. Had i known this, i would have ordered from someone else who didn't have to build it. It doesn't say they have to build it anywhere on their website, and i think this amount of time is unacceptable. Is it legal for them to sell an unmade product like that without disclosing it to the public?

I just would like to know if this is legal, or ethically correct at all. Thanks!
